Happy New Year!!! It’s tradition for my family to go over to my cousins house with our grandparents and enjoy a New Years Brunch, but obviously due to covid, that was not an option this year. So, to make up for our missed brunch, I made a brunch for my family to have. I whipped up some matcha lattes using davidstea Wildflower Honey Matcha, eatingbirdfood Spinach and Pepper Quiche, veganiina style apple slices, and bakeritablog chocolate chip scones.
Everything was so easy to put together and tasted spectacular. It was my first time making quiche, so I didn’t really know what to expect, but it was so easy and tasted amazing. The scones were also simple to make—so rich and buttery but not overly sweet with pockets of melted chocolate.
