Merry Christmas Eve! I imagine that Christmas Eve looks very different this year, but I hope everyone has had a great day nonetheless! This year I made mynewroots Turtles (I.e., a type of candy with caramel, pecan, and chocolate), mynewroots Gingerbread, bakeritablog Cranberry Bliss Bars, and bakeritablog Millionaire Peanut Shortbread. My brother made a beautiful 3-layer cake from forkknifeswoon —> it was a chocolate spice cake with ginger buttercream. He made a few subs to make it gluten-free + dairy-free and it turned out fabulous. Everything tasted AMAZING!
