Okay so after ing swimmersnacks for a while, I couldn’t resist trying her classic breakfast. Unfortunately I had no zucchini in my house, so I couldn’t make her exact recipe, but I would definitely say this is swimmersnacks inspired! And, she knows what she’s doing when it comes to overnight oats—these were insanely good and creamy!!
Creamy overnight oats
Inspired by swimmersnacks
– 1/2 cup bobsredmill quick oats
– 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 banana, sliced
– 1 scant cup water
– Empty cashew butter jar w/ little bit of cashew butter still in it
1. Mix all the ingredients together in an empty cashew butter jar and put in the fridge overnight.
2. In the morning eat straight out of the jar or put it in a bowl and top with blueberries.
